The basis of the strategy is to take into account the needs of society in the implementation of the set business objectives, so that both the company and its environment benefit together.

Korporacja Radex S.A. has its own implemented set of principles and rules, formulated in the internal Code of Ethical Conduct. It requires the company's employees to act in accordance with the interests and needs of all stakeholders associated with the company.

The company's policy of social involvement is based on providing financial and in-kind assistance, sponsoring culture and sports, developing business plans in line with the needs of the local community, cooperating with NGOs and (thanks to many years of experience in the construction industry) supporting investors at every stage of the construction process.
