  1. This Privacy Policy describes the rules under which information about individuals visiting the website at https://www.korporacjaradex.pl/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") is processed, including personal data and cookies of these individuals (hereinafter referred to as "Users").

II. Processing of Personal Data

  1. The data controller of the personal data of Users processed on the Website is Korporacja Radex S.A., based in Warsaw (02-743), J.S. Bacha 10 Street (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator").
  2. The legal basis for the Administrator's processing of User personal data is:
    • legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR),
    • consent given by the User for the processing of their personal data (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
  3. The data collected by the Administrator will:
    • be processed in accordance with the law,
    • be processed for clearly defined purposes and not subject to further processing incompatible with those purposes,
    • be factually correct and relevant to the purposes for which they are processed,
    • be stored no longer than necessary to achieve the processing purpose.
  4. Using the Website does not require User registration or the provision of any personal data.
  5. The Website does not perform profiling processes involving the automatic processing of personal data. It only uses anonymized statistical data, which does not allow for the identification of individuals. The Website does not process information considered personal data.

    • request deletion of personal data (so-called Right to be Forgotten) if:
      • the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed,
      • there is no legal basis for processing the personal data,
      • an objection to processing has been raised, and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for processing,
      • the data has been processed unlawfully,
      • the data must be deleted to comply with a legal obligation.
    • request the restriction of the processing of personal data,
    • object to the processing of data – if the following conditions are met:
      • there are reasons related to the User's particular situation,
      • the data is processed for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the Administrator, except where the Administrator demonstrates the existence of overriding legitimate grounds for the processing of personal data, which are superior to the interests, rights, and freedoms of the data subject, or the grounds for establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims,
    • lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, infoline: 606-950-000) if the User believes that their personal data is being processed unlawfully by Korporacja Radex S.A.,
    • withdraw consent at any time – for data processed on the basis of consent,
    • request data portability – for data processed on the basis of consent, if their processing is automated.

  1. The Website automatically collects data contained in cookies.
  2. "Cookies" are IT data, particularly text files, stored on the User's device intended to use websites.
  3.
